Ben Jacobs is the CEO of Fairmont Farmers Mutual, where he leads the efforts to adapt and innovate to meet the evolving needs of customers throughout Minnesota and Iowa.

Starting with the company in 2008 as an inspector and adjuster, Ben progressed through various leadership roles before being appointed CEO in January 2025. His expertise is enhanced by several professional certifications, including the Mutual Insurance Director certification (MID) earned in 2021, the Professional Farm Mutual Manager (PFMM) designation in 2020, and Associate in Claims (AIC) achieved in 2019.

An active member in state and national trade associations, Ben has contributed as a presenter at statewide events and served on planning committees for national conferences, demonstrating his commitment to supporting the industry.
