Billing and Payment Options
Fairmont Farmers Mutual offers a variety of billing and payment options for your convenience. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual options are all available. In addition, automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account may be used in conjunction with any of the choices listed above. Fees may apply to some of these methods. Contact your agent for more details about our various payment options and the fees associated with them.
The options are as follow:
ACH (automatic withdrawal)
A checking or savings account must be used for this billing/payment method. A check may be used for the initial down payment to allow time to set up the automatic withdrawal. An authorization form must be completed and signed to activate this option. Please contact your agent for more information about this process.
For your convenience you may pay your premium online by clicking on the 'Make a Payment' button on our home page. Web payments must be made for billed amounts only. Our system will not accept partial payments or overpayments. You may pay online by credit card (Master Card, Visa or American Express), debit card, checking or savings accounts.
In Person or By Mail
You may mail a check or money order or, if you prefer, your payment may be dropped off with your agent or at our office. For cash payments, please pay in person. Do not mail cash.
Monthly Billing – ACH (automatic withdrawal) Only
This billing method must be set up to automatically withdraw the premium amount from a checking or savings account.
Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual Billing
You may pay by check, money order, credit card, debit card, or set up ACH (automatic withdrawal) from a checking or savings account. Cash payments are accepted in person with your agent or at our office.
